    Trouble getting the bolt to seat? As in al the way forward into battery? Is the gas key/tube lined up properly? Looks like I missed a whole page of the thread before posting. Already been covered.

    Purchased a pistol gas tube at Uranus, Missouri gun shop (look up their fudge, and yes I'm serious).

    My original tube is a pistol tube. The flare on the gas key end appears fairly aggressive compared to this new one, but I got in at 0130hrs today and work started at 0700 so I haven't messed with it beyond that.

    The tube was not upside down if I didn't say so before.

    Sorry y'all, the vacation put everything on hold. But hey, I took handguns, didn't need them, so all's well. And I have a forward assist thanks to Rhinestone Pete (which appropriately for the seller, is a shiny gold coating!)
