I'm building a 300blk AR pistol and currently just need the buffer tube to complete my lower assembly. Any ideas or recommendations? It would be greatly appreciated!!

I am running one from KAK Industries. Great quality and good prices. Lots and lots of options and accessories, too.

What are the going prices for a pistol buffer tube kit?
I was looking for one myself the other day and the only thing I could find was $80!
That just seemed high to me.

I'll also suggest the midwest Industries pistol buffer tube. It's a bit longer with a shoulder (like the KAK), and with a 10.5" barrel puts OAL at 26.5" (allowing a vertical foregrip if desired).
Technically it becomes a "firearm" as opposed to strictly being a "pistol" once it reaches 26" in length. All the NFA rules still apply (no buttstock!) but u can use a VFG.
AFG is always ok on any length AR pistol.

I have three types of pistol receiver extensions, Rock River, Phase 5, and KAK. I prefer the KAK as it has a shelf that keeps the brace from sliding forward under recoil. The Rock River has a larger outside diameter than the KAK or the Phase 5 and has a knurled area; it also has "channels" running length-wise and is my least favorite.
