I have one that I assembled.

    Delaware Machinery lower receiver
    RRA stripped upper
    cheapo UTG 6-position stock
    cheapo handguards
    Model1 Sales barrel and bolt

    Magazines are the tricky part.
There are many on the market, and only a handful will function properly.

I just looked at a couple of my good ones and they bear no maker name.
I thought they were C Products, but I may be wrong.
Look closely at the mags. The 30+ rounders will be curved a lot more heavily than a standard AR mag.

My good running mags don't have a name on them, but they are stamped, 7.62x39, on both the side of the box itself, but also on the top of the follower.
Be sure whatever you buy (mag wise) is specifically designed for 7.62x39.
You'll be sorry if you don't.

I do really like mine. It is as accurate as I am and likely more.
Runs great with the proper mags.

    Yes. Piece of cake.
Ar's are simple to assemble. They're also easy to screw up if you don't know what you're doing.

My first stripped lower too me about 45 minutes to assemble by myself, with no previous experience.
I Googled AR assembly and followed a pictorial.

It would be nice to have some experienced help for your first build. It's not necessary, but a nice convenience.

    Good luck.
