Who makes the best quality parts kit for a lower?

Also, Some time back I read a post about someone selling "massaged" stock trigger groups that were good quality. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

Here is the best one that I know of.

    Cope's Distributing

I would guess a "massaged" stock trigger is just a trigger that has had some work done on it.
I always change to the JARD trigger group with a 2 to 3 lb. trigger spring.
There triggers are so smooth you won't beleve it.

Take a look at Geissele triggers...they have one for about every need.

If you want your stock trigger worked over a bit try Bill Springfield.

For parts kits take a look at G&R Tactical. Grant puts together a custom parts kit with only top notch stuff.

From now on I'm using G&R tacticals, trigger is very good for stock. I used there LPK for my last build and love it.
