The upper is a Tactical Solutions AR-22 M4
AR22 .22LR Conversion | Tactical Solutions
The lower is a RockRiver with a compitition one "piece drop in" trigger assembly.
The rear flip up sight and sling mount is made by Daniel defence .
It has an extended charging handle.
The lower can and has been used with .223 uppers.
