Does anyone know who has complete kits in stock
I have a lower-Grandson turns 18 later this month & want to give him one

Check PSA every day . They have different "Daily Deals" or "Weekend Deals" and pretty frequently you'll see a complete rifle kit from $520-$750 depending on how fancy they get. These kits do need a lower though.

Good luck. The good news is, prices are coming down and stock is filling back up. The hard part is finding the companies who have stock. Try a few pnline stores, and maybe make some phone calls. Im sure you will have aome luck. Even if its not a conplete kit, you'll have a start and something to keep you busy while searching for the rest of it.

PSA has them from time to time but looks like they are sold out after the holiday. Otherwise keep an eye on slickguns.com people post stuff there all day long.
