It's not like I was spending time with them when I wasn't a Mod, and now I'm ignoring them, lol. I just needed to prioritize my focus a bit.

Moderating INGO takes a lot of time and energy, and I didn't have the time nor the energy to devote to it full time. Even now, I won't be spending as much time as I was 6 months ago. But, if I can relieve some of the day-to-day duties from the other Mods so they can focus on other issues, I'm all for it.
