armalite m15 20" 1in9 med barrel for ar-15

i have this on a ar-15 upper but want to goto a 16" med (not lite m4) barrel. this has good riflings and in good shape. i have a rifle gas tube too. looking for 16" barrel with 1/2x28 threaded for flash hider (as this one has) and a carbine gas system and tube (no gas block needed) 1in9 twist preferred too. i can add a set of moe hand guards too (rifle length and black with box) if you have some stuff to offer. if you have free float hand-guards or a complete upper to trade i have all the parts on a upper receiver now with flat top and a flash hider too. i will get pics up soon. please pm me offers and questions i do not have a bcg as i am using it on my .300 blackout now
