    But deadly force is deadly force. If you can be shot, you can be hit by a car.
    Does IMPD have some different policy on vehicles as deadly force? I thought the norm was pretty much any situation where you can put rounds downrange, you can hit them with a car. Such as armed fleeing felons.

    Just remember in Marion county you can break the law, flee officers, shoot out of the car at random while being chased, all while livestreaming your felonies, then get shot during a foot chase when you point your gun (and maybe shoot at?) pursuing officers. You get shot dead, but your family gets millions even though you deserved to be stopped at any cost before you hurt/kill an innocent. Infuriating.
