Hes saving Federal $$’s by knocking off Star Trek, now the .gov can just buy a bunch of old Hollywood costumes for uniforms. Careful though, if you join Space Force, and the recruiter tells you all the openings left are Red uniforms, RUN, RUN, fast and far, or at least to the Coast Guard recruiter.

Looks like it's derived from the existing Air Force Command logo:

Yes, the USAF, NASA, and the other military services have used the delta shape for air and space stuff for a long time, as well as depicting satellite orbits around the earth. Hollywood came second.

Start at the academy, a nice serviceable rubber band and five stainless paper clips should keep the "SPACE CADETS" busy.
Don't forget to include the empty water bottle chuck, and paper cut first aid portion, of their "Chairborne" training.

My son might be in the first group of Airmen that move over to the Space Force.

This thread has provided me with some good material when talking to him. :)

I would say "Vera", but apparently the Callahan Full-Bore Autolock requires oxygen.

If only there were a way to place an oxidizer actually inside the cartridge...
