Armscor customer service thumbs up

I had a mag problem on a 1911 I got about four weeks ago went to the dealer were I got it and he call armscor they sent a new one no questions asked. When it arrived it was a nice new 45 mag but I have a 38 super. Inside the package was a armscor sale managers card so I call him thanked him for the new mag and told him I don't have a 1911 45 but a 38 super. He apologized said the new one is in the mail and to give the 45 mag to a friend. All and all a good expirience with just one minor snag.

I've always heard good things about Armscor customer service. I have luckily have yet to call them (knock on wood!!!!) but I am always to hear another such positive review!!
