When I lived in Ok, we had a huffer named "crazy larry", ol' larry had himself a bicycle with no chain and he'd sit patiently waiting for the light to turn green then get a running start, jump on the bike and peddle like hell until he fell over then start the process all over again. It usually took him 3 tries to get across 3 thru lanes and 2 left turn lanes. Hilarious to watch, annoying if you were waiting for him to get out of the way!
