QUESTION 1: I hear RINO a lot when discussing the Republican party. One thing I found confusing about Trump was his hiring and firing.

As the Republican party stands today, are there any Republican politicians that people formerly known as Trump Supporters believe represents them? Why?
Was anyone considered loyal during his entire term (I would exclude family members)?

1.) Personally, after their response to the capitol protests, I don't believe there's any of them that represent me or my family.

    2.) Stephen Miller.

They apparently are “selectively” upset, as Biden hasn’t passed a thing, while Trump oversaw a ban on bumpstocks, and placed braces in jeopardy.
I for one, don’t think Biden will be able to ban anything, and that was actually something I consider when determining who to vote for.
But hey, I’ll do you a solid. “IF” Biden gets a gun ban enacted like the AWB, I’ll write an apologetic post about how I’m sorry it happened, and ask the mods to permaban my account. I will then never set foot on INGO again. However I’m not taking all the risk alone. If he doesn’t do it, then I’d like somebody else to put their *** on the line. If Biden doesn’t do it, then they need to step away... not even Perma... how about 90 days. Ok, so wants in on that action? As much as people bitch and moan, about the upcoming 2A catastrophe, I’d think it should be an easy suckers bet, right?
    I'll sign up.

In every conversation including the ones in here to the man all they have is "I hate Trump"
They can not come up with anything else because all this stooge wants to do is undo everything Trump did regardless if it is good bad or makes no difference. It is all political theater. Her is in office what 10 minutes and there is a stack of EO's specifically aimed at DJT to punch him in the pie hole.

Do you really think there are no good reasons for freedom-loving people to oppose Trump?

Sure lets make 9 to 11,000 high paying union positions get laid off and punch Canada in the gut regardless of the signed agreements so we can make Trump look bad. Yeah not 1 full day in office and lets do that.

    Dumbasses.
I think Trump's approval of the Keystone XL was illegal in the first place. In making the approval, the U.S. government failed to uphold its treaty obligations.

Disbanding ATF would cost several thousand union jobs, too, but it would be the right thing constitutionally, so I think we'd all be happy if that happened.

For somebody who pisses so much about bump stocks, you're letting yourself off pretty easy by leaving "magazine bans" and "importation bans" out of that.

But whateva. I'll split the difference with you. Add the words "magazine or..." before "gun ban" in your chickenshit weasel worded offer, and I'll still take you up on it. Surely someone so torqued about bumpstocks will have no problem granting the importance of magazines.

As long as I can still sell ammo in the classies, I can trade cookie recipes with the CZickness ward for 90 days.

But some of these knucklebrains are going to have to get themselves a chihuahua for company like Paris Hilton, because they're going to positively *die* without having you to talk to.

    Not by voting for Bidden/Harris.
Yes you can appose but make some damned sense when you do it not just I hate Trump and then vote for Mr&Mrs tax and spend for crap sake.
This entire fiasco is beyond words.

So you are an expert in negotiating treaty's. It seems to country's entered into this with eyes wide open. It was a win win all the way around. Man I just do not get your way of thinking. It is just odd to see this as a bad thing.

Those ATF people would most likely be absorbed into other branches of Gov or (heaven forbid) they get real jobs in the private sector.
This is no where near apples to apples. Maybe in your mind but for sure not mine. The pipeline would serve us all in some way. The ATF exists only to hurt us in every way they can come up with and now Joebama will be pushing the fines and fees thing again to feed the machine. Wake up. Please.

You asked “why are we discussing Trump?” Well, it does not seem we can discuss Biden.... well, let me amend that. It seem we can discuss Biden, but only to disparage him. If a member, who voted for him, wants to discuss to positives of Biden, whether it’s agreed with or not, that is verboten...and considered “trolling.” That seems to be the gist of it at least to me.
I can't think of a single positive aside from that he apparently showers regularly.

Nah, we’re here. And I think I speak for everyone when I say that Biden’s plan should be fiercely opposed. I don’t support it and plan to make my voice heard on it. Insofar as do I regret voting for him. No, I do not. I am, currently, happy with my vote, and glad the alternative is out of office. While I support the 2A, I am not a one issue voter. If I think someone is a threat to multiple other things I hold dear, I can weigh the scales, on the overall benefit. If that upsets some people, fine. I’m not bother at all by what other people think.

As a member of a GUN forum, I have stated I don’t agree with his proposed gun “reforms.” Comparatively, I thought Trump; him a poor gatekeeper in preserving American sovereignty, sowed divisiveness amongst Americans, abandoned our traditional allies, coddled our traditional enemies, and had an administration that was rife with corruption. If you asked me pointedly, if I thought correcting those issues surpassed my thought in needing to protect the 2A. I would unapologetically tell you “YES!!!!!” So there you have it. If you’re mad about it, be mad, that still won’t take me think I’ve made the wrong choice.
That list reminds me of the "twilight zone". It reads like a MSM/big tech distortion of reality.

*Sovereignty--Trump tried to secure the border in the face of dem opposition. trump put a 6 month delay on immigration from (not a ban) 6 of the 22 moslem countries because they were failed states, infested with terrorists and iran is the mother ship of islamist terrorism. dems fought that with suits, injunctions, and slander

*divisiveness--I'd give that point to you except that he didn't give better than he got. The obama admin and deep state even tried to organize a 'soft coup' and impeachment before he was inaugurated!

*"abandoned traditional allies"--like Taiwan, Korea, or Israel? Ok, he DID tell the EU states they had to pay their share of NATO costs...

"coddled our traditional enemies"--standing up to chinese abuse of trade relations; leaving that farce of the iranian nuke treaty and freezing their assets; deploying troops to support new NATO members: poland and the baltic states; sending actual munitions to ukraine as opposed to the blankets and MREs obama gave them; destroying ISIS. None of that sounds like coddling enemies.

*"admin rife with corruption"--There were some problematic people around trump, ie manafort didn't pay his taxes. So, you voted for biden because he's clean??? I assume you voted for obama too. Both biden and clinton abused their offices in the obama admin for financial gain. Worse, the obama admin was rife with political corruption. One example: using the IRS as a political weapon. nixon tried that. It was one of the articles of impeachment against him.

People on the left in the media and gov't are droning about needing to deprogram people. They need to start with the left

I like Rand Paul, I voted for his father, and then him when they ran. I think Rand is a long shot to ever become President, but if given the opportunity he'll get my vote.

Wait are you saying that since I voted for Biden, I should be compelled to support every proposed or enacted legislation he put up?
What he is proposing to do was not a secret prior to the election. You knew about it and supported him anyway, so you own it. You're not being compelled to support something, you obviously supported it of your own free will. The only questions are what you think you will get that outweighs the bad and if you will get what you thought you had coming, as opposed to what you actually have coming from Biden

That happened months before the election. The president is the guy who can reverse that decision. He didn’t. He was absent. He at the very least is culpable based on inaction.
So, you think Biden will reverse it? If he doesn't, that makes him as bad worse than Trump from a brace stand point. Want to bet that Biden will do what Trump wouldn't and reverse the brace ruling?

You're nitpicking Trump to (fail to) justify voting for Sauron

The posts I referred to did not involve an actual ban, but were more in the lines of being on a registry and having to pay out the ass for weapons and mags. Try to keep up.
This^^^ There was some other thread where I was trying desperately to explain reality to people who thought Miracle Joe was talking about some kind of buyback and would pay THEM $200 per for all that 'contraband' he was going to declare by fiat

He's going to make you pay for what you already own and register it to boot

No, I just think there are no good reasons for freedom-loving people to vote for Biden to do so

I cannot think of a single thing that Biden wishes to do that will increase freedom for Americans. We were talking about freedom for Americans being what was loved, right? Not freedom for central americans

Exactly. The fact that the left deemed me a racist nazi because I supported trump means they’re all anti gun socialists because they voted for Biden. I’d rather spend my days trying to impress a cockroach than a Biden voter... at least a cockroach can survive by themselves in the messes they create.

Why has this thread been allowed to go so far off the rails into being about Kut?

People bitch and moan in other threads when they don't follow the topic.
