It states that a “web site administrator upon request shall remove any comments posted on his or her web site by an anonymous poster unless the anonymous poster agrees to attach his or her name to the post and confirms that his or her IP address, legal name, and home address are accurate.”

So wait I can anonymously report a crime but I cant make a comment online anonymously. Some people worry about the craziest things.

No, no, no, no, no, no, oh and don't forget no. What makes the internet any different from any other form of speech? Will protestors have to sign their names on signs now? Will every book have to be signed with your real name as author, no pseudonyms? Clear violation of 1A rights. No way it could be argued otherwise.
