AT&T (dumb) phone

I'm trying to shave my cell bill and I need to switch an old iPhone to a non data required phone. I need to keep the number, but it's forwarded to my work phone!

I'd like to spend very little if possible! Or maybe work out a trade? I know someone has an old (decent) phone laying around!
