    My form 4 to a trust for a MG went pending on March 19th, hoping for July pick-up. My silencer last year was just under 90 days, also to trust.

    I can see a 1 time submission of prints and pics for each trust member, but every time is just stupid.

    It's what they require for individuals, despite the fact you might have submitted them multiple times already, so does this level of inefficiency surprise you?

    So if there are 10 people in my trust I will have to submit photos and pics of each of them every time I put a new NFA item in the trust?

    I don't know if they've really clarified what that would mean. It might mean you only need each to go through a NICs check, or it might mean a ton of paperwork. It certainly would mean the efile system would be off limits for non-licensed dealers.
