What is the address that I send my forms to? I found one but I'm not sure if it is right.

Form 1 or Form 4?

the address is on the form....form 4 goes to GA, the form 1 goes to WV

I'm doing 2 of each forms and didn't notice the address at the very top

Just in case you have old forms....

Form 1's go to :

BATFE- NFA Branch
244 Needy Rd
Martinsburg, WV 25405

Form 4's go to
BATFE-NFA Branch
PO Box 530298
Atlanta, GA 30353-2098

Form 5s that are tax paid go to Atlanta and tax exempt go to WV. You shouldn't have to worry about forms 2 or 3 but they both go to WV as well.
