New rule seems to be going into effect shortly. How will this affect sites such as INGO and Armslist for people buying and selling firearms? From what I read, it says sellers looking to make a profit with have to have a FFL.

They know it is almost impossible to NOT make a numerical profit because the last three years of inflation. Stuff that you could buy all day long for $350 just ten years ago is $700-800. When you sell your item for $800 and you go to buy something else, you are going to spend $800-900 for something that cost $350 ten years ago.

The numbers look like you made profit, the reality says you did not break even. The tyrants that authored this decree fully know and understand this injustice. It was written to harass law abiding American Citizens with no respect for the Constitution.
