Damn. I wanted to see this judge ousted for abuse of power and ethics.

Thanks, Trigger, but the Judicial Commission makes the call about ousting judges. In this case the Judicial Commission said that the violation did not rise to the level so that they would take any action on her false report.

As well, the elected Judge who employs the Magistrate, has not fired the Magistrate for her false report.

Perhaps the public will fire the magistrate by way of firing her sponsoring judge.

Of course, DCS has been having a field day reversing decision after decision of hers at the Court of Appeals (both terminations and CHINS) so maybe things will change.
