avoiding noise complaints while shooting

Just a thought for .35 Remington shooters wanting a pellet rifle load.
This is much quieter than a .22 short.



Soft molded so the front band engraves into the rifling.
.36 maxi sized .359", .22 short case of Unique (about 2 grains).
Looks like reducing the load further will work even better.

After about 5 days of shooting the colibri between 3 and 12 yards effectively for training (using pistol-training.com) I have received no complaints or comments whatsoever. I came across some Aguila SSS yesterday and picked u a couple of boxes. Not only are they heavy, and DIRTY, but they are loud. I'm not using a machine to test decibels but I'm betting louder than standard cartridges. You do get noticeably more recoil (I know, strange for the 22lr) and that's kinda cool. So both the colibri and the SSS are dirty to the point that they require me to clean the pistol (S&W 617) prior to loading standard cartridges. The colibri eject and load just fine through a range session. The SSS, however, do not want to eject.

I saw a tool that you would use when switching back and force between 38 and 357. You would use it to clean out the Ring of carbon that would prevent 357 from Easy insertion and extraction. It reminded me a bit of a chamber reamer. This brings me to my question, can a chamber reamer be safely and effectively used to clean the junk buildup in my 617 after using the primer only rounds?
