Bacon!

I ate dinner Saturday night in Evansville, at the Denny's on Rt 41 North, in front of the Drury Inn. Good food & good service.

On their dessert menu, they offer the following:

Maple Bacon Sundae
Maple Bacon Milkshake
Salted Caramel Brownie Sundae, with Bacon

I don't know if all Denny's have the same thing, but it might be worth checking on.

Unfortunately, after the meal I ate, I was too full for dessert.

Just passing on something good on a Monday morning!

Haven't had a Denny's bacon sundae, but really like the ones from Burger King. Finally decided to give Wright's bacon a try this morning. Now I understand! I'll still use Marsh bacon from the service case as my "daily driver," but when I feel like splurging, Wright's is now the way I'll go.

I went down to see my best friend's grandson, and gave him his birthday present (a bit late...). A Japanese Arisaka rifle, 7.7x58Jap. He seemed happy! Now he gets to look for ammo! YIKES!
