Bag Material Questions

I have an idea for a "tacticool" shtf bag but don't know where to get the materials .

Anyone know a local source for "bulk" velcro and elastic material (think waistbands or some slings) ?

I've bought a bunch of that kind of stuff on ebay, poly web, elastic, net, canvas, and the plastic connectors and whatnot. I've made straps and belts and stuff for when my son was in Scouts, repaired things, etc, but haven't built any of the cool stuff yet that I want to. You can get various widths and colors.

They actually sell some of those type items in volume packs....at Wally World. Look in the 'crafts' section, right near the office/school supplies.
