BAM Outdoor tree service?

Any of you Indy-area people ever use BAM Outdoor tree service? (BAM Outdoor)

I have some large trees that need pruning and am calling them for an estimate...would like to get any feedback on them you may have before I give them the work.

Due to the proximity of the trees to our home, I'm looking for a company that's licensed/bonded/insured to protect myself, not some bubba jobber with a rope and chainsaw who watches Ax Men on the weekend...

We're family friends with the owner, he's a good guy. He keeps a pretty tight rope on his crews as well.
