    REO Speedwagon
    The Doobie Brothers
    Blue Oyster Cult
Yes (in a round about way)
STYX (they were a Grand Illusion)
    There's more....

I will say though that these bands bring about memories of my high school days. Not so much that I can't stand them but my musical tastes have evolved since then.
REO Speedwagon - my first rock concert/Valparaiso University Gym
The Doobie Brothers - seen multiple times
Blue Oyster Cult - Chicago & Headquarters in Elkhart
Yes (in a round about way) - Chicago twice, once in the round row 12 floor
STYX (they were a Grand Illusion) - Probably seen 6 times with the last time at Notre Dame with Rush
I still enjoy them all ;)

Saw Styx at Mich. Tech. (72 or 73) before they were Styx. They were called TW4 (if I remember correctly).

I didn't mind Billy Idol during the 80's.
Once we were out of HS, a buddy of mine had a Dodge Aspen stationwagon with an 8track
The only 8track he had for the longest time was Billy Idol White Wedding, over and over and over
I never cared for Billy Idol. He did that "tough guy" sneer and just didn't pull it off, being a skinny little dude. :):

If you can't stand Yes anymore, then you're tastes haven't evolved.

None. The only music that shuts me off is rap and hard rock.
Hard rock or death metal? There’s a difference.
    Pink Floyd, specifically roger waters.

Listened my whole life practically, have all the albums.
Went to roger waters concert a couple of years ago and it was a COMPLETE political shitfest.
"resist" confetti dropping from the ceiling, "pigs on the wing" with Trumps photos etc.

I took it off my iphone/ipod when I got back home and haven't listened to a second since.

Shut the **** up and sing.
    Blasphemy.

Printcraft always praised this band. Tried to like them but they sound like dying hamsters.

Johnny Crager Mellonhead,....ugh..used to really follow him. Did some work for him years ago and decided he was one of the biggest tools I'd ever met. Can't stand his politics either.

I don't really dislike many bands, but to hear these classic rock stations play the SAME SONGS by the same bands every day on the hour is a icepick in my ear. I could do without the SAME SONGS by Pat Benatar, Quiet Riot,Billy Joel, Aerosmith,Pink Floyd,Led Z,REO VH......These lazy DJs are killing R&R. If it wasn't for 91.1 out of
Goshen, I would never listen to the radio.

Exactly, they play the same songs day in and day out. It isn’t the band I dislike it is same old tired songs. Most of the bands have numerous really good songs on their albums that never make it on the radio.

There are several from my teenage angst years I can hardly stomach now, but two that stand out:

Korn- we get it, you’re pissed. Get over it... Also, you sound like Taz.

Stabbing Westward- We get it, you’re sad. Get over it.

I think a lot of the music we like is stuff that relates to our state of mind at the time. When we grow, heal, and move on, those records that really hit home can sometimes seem silly in hindsight.

Most people pay money to go to concerts for the music and not for the political garbage.

Same with sporting events. We just want to have a day/night out for entertainment and forget about all that junk. At least for a few hours.

Is that too much to ask for?
We tend to think this is something new but it has been happening for time immemorial, there always were talented artists trying to push an agenda in even the plays they performed for the king...
