Barrel protection under bolt on rails/handguards

What are you guys putting on your barrels, for corrosion/rust protection, that are covered by "difficult" to remove handguards? How often do you remove your rails and reapply? I found some light surface rust on my RRA's barrel... probably been 6 months since I last slathered the bbl with CLP.

Get the spray can CLP with the nozzle tube. Spray away
