Sorry if I overreacted to the E-mail from Elite Ammo.
I saw the post ( it was sent as a email and stated BATFE would be wanting to collect the ammo in question) I was leaving for work and wanted to post a headsup.

I do believe the current administration will do anything and everything to
harass and attack gunowners.

I'm not sold on this one. Could just be BATFU lying to someone or someone not telling the whole story.

I hope it is bull as well. If it is true, I wonder if what we already have will be "grandfathered" in or if it would become illegal to posses. Hopefully all of this wondering is for nothing.

If it's classified as pistol ammo then steel core penetrator's would be illegal ie. all that good NATO 855 & ss109 hitting the market since the US switched bullets. Armor piercing hand gun ammo is illegal.
