We are being issued specific rifles for patrol, so my new BCM/PSA rifle is up for sale. The upper is complete factory and the lower was built by a certified AR-15 armorer at our department (me! 
). Color match is dead on between the two and there is a very tight upper to lower fit. This package comes with everything, including bags, chest rig, mags, ammo, and all. It is a fighting gun and has been set and zeroed using the IBZ method at 50 yards, 55 grain ammo. 60 rounds through her total. I will include the OTIS cleaning kit strapped to the bag. I CAN SEPARATE PIECES OF NEEDED.
