Contrary to what was written in the article, Filthy 14 has not been decommissioned or rebuilt; it is still being used as an EAG loaner gun and had 44,070 rounds through it as of late March. It has been cleaned (i.e. bolt wiped down and bore punched), though. :):

Definitely a good read. Ordered some stuff from Bravo Company and that literature accompanied my order. Pretty impressive performance.

What one of you sheep will build a clone of this?

I personally wouldn't, as Pat and I differ somewhat in our choice of AR configurations and accessories.

Besides, there's no need to build when you can buy; "Filthy 14" was the prototype for the EAG Tactical carbine that BCM is now selling.
