If you have insurance that applies, the insurer will pay for the lawyer. If not, there's likely no money for them to pursue, so...

Bumping this, as, every time the 4 o'clock news comes on they are telling of one or two carjackings in their intro, before I change the channel.

It is happening all over the area and bleeding into NWI.
