Fixed. In short, man with criminal history shoots and kills daughter and six grandchildren, calls 911, and kills self when authorities arrive.

Crazy knows no limits. Just read, over the weekend, of a father who took his kids from his estranged wife, murdered them and took them a couple of states away and buried their bodies. Crazy doesn't have to make sense.

The article says he has a criminal history so maybe it will turn out it was illegal for him to posses a gun. I know that makes no difference to the people he shot and the families however. From the I want to keep my rights standpoint I'm gonna hope he was barred from owning firearms. Thoughts and prayers for those involved.

I don't know. I haven't seen a huge control outcry about this. If a guy is crazy enough...even to the casual observer- it's tough to claim it's the gun's fault.
