I have a mini Benchmade Infidel I'm looking to trade/sell. I got the knife a few years ago used from another member here. I have carried it in my front pocket on and off for those few years I have owned it. I have never had any problems with it firing. I have always cleaned and kept it lubed. Mainly just cut open packages and mail with it. The knife does show some use of being carried, but in no way has it been abused. The only slight imperfection on the knife is the very tip of the blade is flat, and could use a good sharpening. I never sent it back to Benchmade for a sharpening.
