WTB: Beretta 8045 magazines WITH SLEEVES

I lucked into a Beretta 8045 Mini Cougar that came with 1-6 rnd and 1-8 rnd magazine. The 8 round has a factory sleeve which are hard to find. I can get the mags online but the factory sleeves are unobtanium. So I am on the hunt for FACTORY mags with sleeves or just the sleeves themselves.
