I think that I've got it figured out that it needs to be done from a PC - and not from mobile. I think that's been the sticky wicket holding me back!

I think initially 'set up' from a pc, but I'm not 100% on that.

Maybe someone else can confirm.

Anyway if you get it working, thats the goal.

I did indeed have to visit both Gmail accounts on a PC in order to share the calendars with the other account.

No wonder I was so frustrated. I kept attempting to do all this via apps on a phone. Silly me.

I have used Touchdown from the Google play store: http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nitrodesk.droid20.nitroid. I have used it for years for connecting to our corporate exchange server & it works fairly well. I believe the free version has all the bells and whistles, but only works for a month. You can try it and decide if it's worth the money!

It it works quite well for mail and calendar. It doesn't touch your notes or tasks. No idea why.
