    I still like the P30 better, but something about being a man makes me love the sight of a Thompson.

    (apparently it doesn't work on my wife because she said "that's not a hot gun")

    I will enter a handgun...a Ruger Flattop in 44 Special with blueing and case colors done by Turnbull Restoration...

    For the rifle...my Remington 700 in 22 Cheetah, stocked by Mike Conner. btw...I asked about the wood on this long ago when I bought it. I was told, in a very apologetic tone, that Mike stocked this for the field and that was the reason for the "very plain" wood...
