what are some of the best striped lower receivers and pre assembled lower receivers for the best price?

if i understand the AWB from 1994 this is the only part of the gun they want to ban and so this is one of the parts i wish to own the most of.

who makes the best lowers on the market?

and that would be...? name brand?

    ANY.

the point he's making, if you're unaware, there's a run on gun shops lately. anything that is black is in high demand. cheapo ARs going for $1500, and .223 rounds nearly a dollar a piece.

good luck finding ANY lower right now, is the point being made. if you find a stash, let us know.

I had a hard time buying a stripped lower for $115 before the scare.
No way would I pay 400 one.
I think 325 for a billet, while possibly reasonable, is still too much to put into such a rig (am not an AR fan, but have had a few).

Don't think that you can stockpile lower receivers and be able to build them up after a ban. If it wasn't a complete "assault weapon" as defined by the language of a new ban bill before the effective date, it would not be grandfathered in.

Natchez has VERY stripped lower receivers in stock. They are a solid chunk of metal with no internal milling done or holes drilled. Who would buy something like that? Natchez did state they make great paperweights.

Somebody with a milling center, programming, and license?

But then they could just go billet for the non tacticool folks.
