I take my deer to Drew's Processing just SW of Bedford a couple miles. He processes other meat too. You can find cheaper, but he is clean and honest.

I've used a few different outfits over the years but OCP is my favorite. I can speak for over 20 beef butchered for my family and employees, never heard of a bad experience. I just had one done elsewhere in October due to scheduling conflict and an insider discount, I'll be back to OCP next year. I hunt coyotes on land owned by their meat cutter and occasionally meet INGO members from Bloomington in their parking lot, but I don't think there's an INGO discount yet! LOL!

Darlege Custom Meats in Seymour did a really good job with a pig for me a few years ago. Fenders in Spencer is ok too. Had a pig done at Brownstown locker, couldn't eat anything they seasoned or cured. It tasted awful.

Barrett's down by Scottsburg does ok and they have 24 hour drop off during deer season. This is good for bow season when it is always too warm to butcher your own. They make good summer sausage.

Darlage does an excellent job with beef and pork. We have had 1/4 or 1/2 pigs processed there.

Darlage Custom Meats in Seymour does several hogs and steers for me every year. They have done the best job out of all of the processors that I have tried.
