I’ve shot 45-70 out of a Marlin and it had a thump to it. Couldn’t imagine trying to hold on to a derringer. Not out of a snub nose revolver, but I believe Bond Arms makes a Derringer that fires that round.
Seen what?Has anyone seen this? Couldn’t imagine firing a 45-70 out of a snub nose revolver.
Think I just got it, I gotta google the title I think. TLDG.It's imaginary.
Got the acronym after un - confusing the title from his screen name."BFR" or "Biggest, finest, revolver" is one of the heaviest revolvers out there.
Even with a 2" barrel, the cylinder alone probably weighs more than most J- frams.
Hmm I thought it stood for "Best Friends Revolver ""BFR" or "Biggest, finest, revolver" is one of the heaviest revolvers out there.
Even with a 2" barrel, the cylinder alone probably weighs more than most J- frams.
45-70 out of my 10" bfr can be pretty wild i couldn't imagine shooting the heavy stuff out of that short of a barrel. If you get on Magnum Research custom shops website and build one to the same spec it'll run about 3k.Has anyone seen this? Couldn’t imagine firing a 45-70 out of a snub nose revolver.
Ah, no.And a pic of the Bond Arms Cyclops….
OMG! Seriously? Here’s a pic of the BFR….. I’m thinking ankle holster!!
