OK so my wife and I started biking ( I need to loose weight lol) and I can't think of any ways to carry. I have a small gun. Taurus pt 111 g2 a little 9 mm. I wear basketball shorts and a third shirt. Is there any way I can carry comfortably with out worry of my gun falling out ?

Fanny pack. Or... just wear cargo shorts and carry IWB or OWB.

If I'm just out for fun, I generally OC a Glock 19 when I'm on a long ride (5-10 miles or more). For short trips I just stick a j-frame in a front pocket holster. I generally don't wear gym shorts unless it's to bed, so YMMV.

Tee shirt and linen cargo shorts. Soft, cool, comfortable material. Allows full motion. Pocket carry M&P Shield in a Desantis pocket holster. Sometimes I wear the Shield or a P99 in a hybrid IWB holster which is actually more comfortable while biking than pocket carry.

Just wear cargo shorts. I wear them with either an IWB or OWB holster all the time with a t-shirt.

Don't carry off of your body, if you get thrown off of your bike, you no longer have your gun.

I use a fanny pack with colt mustang. Probably some folks know but when you are on the bike hard to notice with loose shirt

This. I recently started riding and just OC as usual, but could throw a shirt over it if needed.

Not sure of a brand name but there are compression shirts (like under armor) that you can buy that have a holster built into the shirt around the ribs. Or you could look into a belly wrap holster. Just google belly holster or shirt holster.

I use a desantis thumb break. Would gym shorts be more comfortable? Sure. But my life and the ones I love are worth more than a little comfort while riding. I find the seat to be more uncomfortable than the carry gear. It really hurts my behind.

Not to be that guy but there are several threads on this... But depending on the bike you have a pocket/bag under the seat or handle bars is good. The best way I think though is in a jersey pocket if you get into that kind of riding...

5.11 tactical has a holster shirt that i wear when i ride. It is form fitting enough that you can wear it either as a jersey buy itself, ot under anouther shirt. Since it has two "holsters" the other one carries my wallet and cell phone very securely making it great for riding in general.
