Just finished making appointments for my wife and I thru L1 service. I chose to pay with a credit card on the site but it directed me to an E-bank payment site. I guess I will just have to take money orders for the both of us to the appointment. Did I do something wrong or has anyone else had this problem paying for the state and L1 service fee online?

That's the way it works - writing secure software for banking transactions can be a liability - it is much easier and safer to subcontract that out to other companies that make it their specialty.

It takes you to the E-bank site and you can pay online there.
It is all intertwined and the E-bank site even puts your name in the proper blanks.
One tip... You do not have to be a member, just click the bottom box that says 'pay as a guest' or something like that.
    It goes right through.
