I have a chance to buy a bk and t brute, what is it worth? Any info on bk and t quality and durability.

I don't think those have been around for a while. At least I haven't seen one for sale in a while, so I can't really tell you what it's worth because I have nothing recent to compare it to.

But I do know they're hard to come by, and people will pay for them. Unless of course they're remaking them or something, and I just don't know it.

How much are they asking?

I actually bought it and a bk and t utility 7" both with sheaths still look brand new for $150 and they are the old original us made.

You probably got a good deal from the few blurbs I've been able to find here and there. I found a couple of recent ebay auction where the BK&T Brute went for over $200 by itself with shipping on top.
