It does cover the compact model the LH9C, but at $579.

I picked up a used Ruger GP100 today so I am going to have to pass on this. Oh well they will still be around at regular prices, next year.

Dicks in Lafayette was very pleasant. Actually had a good time talking to all of the people in line waiting for NICS checks and to look at firearms. Everyone was surprisingly polite and in a great mood. Not what I was expecting on "Black Friday."

Picked up a remington 700 adl varmint for $430. I was looking for it in 22-250, and figured they wouldn't have it, but they sure did.
Picked up a savage mk ii gxp for $175 with a $25 mail in rebate. Should be a good beater squirrel gun. Will be interesting to see if it can hold its own against the 452.
And they had some bulk packs of 22 lr. Managed to get one, but they sold out soon after.

Now I've got to get some reloading dies for the 22-250 and get to the range to zero the new rifles in.
