I have a Blackhawk Serpa holster for a Taurus Judge (size 40). I still have the box and all the original paperwork for it. It can be worn as a belt holster or a paddle holster. I only used it a few times and I no longer have the Judge. I traded it in and got a new Governor. All hardware and the original box is included.
