Working on cleaning up diet, and currently do a 4-day split with weights. Push/Pull split.
Would like to start doing low impact cardio in mornings before work.
Any if you INGO peeps have experience with the Max Trainers? Likes, dislikes, are they robust?
Tried search function, found old WTS & WTB, but no review stuff. Google is ripe with glowing reviews & they suck reviews, hoping for some INGO user reviews.
