Last year I bought a rifle face to face from another IN resident no FFL required. I am now wanting to sell it and was wondering what the proper legal procedure to sell in state or out of state. Thanks in advance.

As long as they are a legal resident of the state, over 18 and not a felon, they hand you the money and you hand them the rifle.

That's all there is to do. No registration or anything in Indiana.

If your selling out of state it has to go through an FFL. Your FFL sends it to their FFL.

Are there Any issues when going through an FFL to ship considering it was never registered to my name?

    Thanks

No, [STRIKE]standard[/STRIKE] Title I firearms are not registered to anyone's name in most states, even if purchased from an FFL.
