    I shoot:

    High Country, 70lbs w/ 85% l/o, release
Bear recurves (various models and weights) all are instinctive
Home made longbow, laminate, 55 lbs @ 28"

    My teenager shoots:

    Matthews ZMax, 62 lbs w/ 80% l/o, release
    same Bear recurves

And somewhere in the garage we have an Osage self bow. I used to hunt a farm and the landowner leased the ground and was a cabinet maker and worked from the barn. I used to give him a hand when needed, portable mill for lumber, assistance in the shop, and loaned him some dial indicators for the shop.

We made the "coffin" and started fabricating laminated long bows in the barn. They came out real nice, I will post some pics soon. My longbow even has rosewood for the tips and layered in the riser.

I shoot a Golden Eagle Reaper. Just switched to carbon arrows. Been using Thunderhead broadheads. Switching to mechanicals this year. Have heard alot of good talk about Undertakers.

I still have an old 40# recurve that was my dad's. But my bow that I'm trying to setup for hunting is an old Martin Tiger set at 50# draw with 50% letoff. It may be old but it works. I do hope to get a new one this year, thinking a PSE or another Martin.

Browning Vanguard, nothing special but I had a browning after burner, and the limbs busted so browning replaced it with this vanguard. It is not as good of a bow but I am not complaining because the after burner was out of warranty by allmost a year.
