They call a Becker BK9 a Combat Bowie don't they? I used mine for the first time over the weekend and was amazed at how well it performed as a hatchet. Far exceeded my expectations.

I have an older Case Bowie# 1838 still in the box. Seems to be a rather nice knife, but I only look at it. No practice cutting or stabbing.
