Breakfast advice needed urgently

Made eggs for me and the boys, then some bacon. My daughter was still sleeping and forgot to make hers. I fried her egg in bacon grease and she's still sleeping. You can see the little pieces of bacon covering most of the egg through the cheese. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Wife's niece uses that stuff, says it's a healthy fat. It's a saturated fat, she might as well use butter or lard and save the money.
