Well, it IS my problem. It's all of our problems. It isn't my job to hold criminals accountable. It is the job of law enforcement, courts, etc. to hold criminals accountable. What should I be doing besides voting differently?

So what are they supposed to do?

If you guys are going to make negative comments please tell us what they can do that they are not doing?
Instruct payroll to adjust paychecks by 40% to start pulling those funds back to the budget, or give affected employees the option to refund in full with a single payment.

Nothing is going to happen. The ATF are the democrats stormtroopers.

What should happen is that everyone involved should be fired, forfeit their pension, serve time ( after a fair trial ), lose any classified rating ( this is how they get those amazing jobs ) and lose all ability to work for ANY federal contractor.

Maybe instead of taking on the whole ATF we should use a more local approach to the men and women that comprise the ATF. Your neighbor works for ATF. He's always been a decent neighbor. Well, the next time he comes over to borrow a wrench? Your client at the hair salon is pretty casual. She works some desk job at the ATF office. Next time she needs a color and trim? The next time one of these agents, secretary, janitor at the ATF needs a tow? A new roof? Tires? Stop accepting these people. They're demonstrably bad people. The **** on everything that was once acceptable. They aren't held accountable. Their agency is out of control. Maybe we can't storm the gates. But we can leave them broken down, on the side of the road, with bad hair and lonely funerals. How does one eat an elephant? One bite at a time. How does one ruin a three letter bureaucracy? One lonely ****ing employee at a time. Peaceful. Legal. And satisfying individually.

Doesn't the house control the purse strings? Defund the ATF for stealing millions of taxpayer dollars.
    This is what I found.

“The House can elect to introduce and pass a bill that would rescind this IRS funding, but it would not be binding until the Senate also takes it up and passes it, and either the President signs it or both chambers have sufficient support to override a presidential veto,” Garrett Watson, senior policy analyst at the nonprofit Tax Foundation, told Financial Advisor magazine.”

Well if the Senate refuses to address it and pass it or if they did and Biden vetoes it then they should be taken to task for refusing to do anything about the theft of millions of taxpayer dollars by the ATF. It's on the Democrats then.

They could make public the names of all employees that received these funds as a means of being transparent to the taxpayers.

The house should still take it up and introduce the bill and pass it and say ok Senate and Joe Biden. the ball is in your court. What are you going to do about this theft of millions of taxpayer dollars?
