I just stumbled across this video out of Broward County and holy hell, if this is representative of the training and competency levels of the BCSO, then the problems in that department are even worse still than we thought.

Just when you think the reputation of this department can't possibly get any worse, we see a deputy that has no business being on the street.

FYI, I'm confident you can find officers like that on ANY department. As hard as it is to believe, some guys are scared to mix it up.
