Brownells 300 Blackout Complete Upper Receiver

Hi guys,

My Christmas present is here. It's a complete upper from Brownells in 300 Blackout. The link is here:

My question is who makes this complete upper? When I received it, there was no manufacturer's mark on the upper itself. The description says it's a "Brownell's Exclusive." Does that mean Brownells is now manufacturing their own uppers or did they contract with someone to make this thing and leave the mark off?
